Veterinary Care billed separately. Cancellation of an order must be received no later than 9:00 a.m. EST to avoid being charged for the shipment. All shipped semen fees must be paid prior to shipment. Shipped Semen orders must be received by 8:00 p.m. EST the evening before collection days of Monday, Wednesday and Friday. |

A valid credit card or signed check must be on file to cover show charges on the first business day after show or a $50.00 Service Fee will apply. |

BILLING- All invoices will be sent by email on the 30th of the month and are due upon receipt. All accounts without a valid credit card or a signed check on file, that can be charged or deposited on the 30th of the month, will incur an additional fee of $50.00 per horse. A late fee of $100.00 will be assessed on all accounts that are not paid in full by the 15th of the month, regardless of postmark. There will be no exceptions. All services will be restricted for delinquent accounts as of the 25th of the month and a 2% service charge will be added to all accounts thirty days past due. A 3% convenience fee will be added to all credit card transactions. All charges from the General Services Section are payable in advance.
BUSINESS HOURS- 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Saturday, after hours are by appointment only. There will be no exceptions. While an appointment is not necessary during regular business hours, one is strongly recommended as to ensure someone is available to assist you.
Holly Glen Farm is closed for all business Thanksgiving Day and December 24 through January 1.
